The company SARL STONE DIVISION reserves the right to adapt or modify at any time the present general conditions of sale. In the event of modification, the general conditions of sale in force on the day the order is placed will be applied to each order.
Availability of products
Our product offers are valid within the limits of available stocks.
Upon receipt of your order, we check the availability of the product(s) ordered. In case of unavailability, we commit ourselves within 30 days from the placing of the order either to deliver the ordered product or to propose you a similar product at a similar price or to refund you.
The prices are expressed in euros VAT and get along except transport charges. The company SARL STONE DIVISION reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, particularly in the event of an increase in charges or in the event of an obvious error.
Payment methods and security

2/Per transfer: When sending your order confirmation you will find a bank account number. Your order will be registered and validated upon receipt of payment.

Clause of property reserve:
The products remain the property of the company SARL STONE DIVISION until full payment of the order. However as from the delivery, the risks of the delivered goods are transferred to the customer.
Default of payment:
The company SARL STONE DIVISION reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honour an order from a consumer who has not paid in full or in part for a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is being administered.
Terms of delivery
The company SARL STONE DIVISION could not be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay of delivery on behalf of the Carrier. The company SARL STONE DIVISION can exonerate itself from any responsibility by bringing the proof that the non-execution or the bad execution of the contract is ascribable either to the consumer, or of the unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third to the contract.
The products bought on the site www.stonesnowboards.com are deliverable in the whole world.
For reasons of follow-up of the parcels, it is impossible for us to deliver the orders in the bases or other buildings of the armies, hospitals and vacation centers.
For all orders outside the European Union (e.g. Switzerland) we charge duty free.
For any order in Switzerland, customs fees apply & will be charged to you upon delivery.
Delivery time :
Delivery may vary from 2 to 4 business days, subject to product availability. Public holidays do not count as working days.
Delivery can vary from 7 to 30 working days for foreign countries, subject to stock availability.
This is an average time depending on the destination, shipping method and availability of the item.
Methods of delivery:
The product ordered is delivered by a carrier, depending on the nature of the product ordered and to the address listed on the order form.
From the package to the delivery:
You must check the conformity of the delivered goods at the time of the delivery and before signing the delivery order (CARRIER). You must indicate on the delivery order and in the form of handwritten reserves accompanied by your signature any anomaly concerning the delivery (damaged product...). This verification is considered to have been carried out as soon as the buyer, or a person authorized by him, has signed the delivery note.
No claim can be made if the delivery slip is signed, either to the company SARL STONE DIVISION or to the carrier.
In the case of a snowboard delivery, if the board is damaged, it is necessary to write on the delivery slip:
"PACKAGE REFUSED, BRANCHED BOARD" as well as your signature.
and only that.
You will have to inform us of this problem and we will call you back in order to proceed quickly to the sending of a new board (the parcel will be returned to us directly without any transport costs at your charge).
The company SARL STONE DIVISION cannot be held responsible for the non-execution of the contract due to a case of force majeure, an act of God, a disturbance or a total or partial strike, in particular of the postal services and means of transport and/or communications, flooding or fire.
The choice and the purchase of a product are placed under the only responsibility of the customer. The total or partial impossibility of using the products, notably due to incompatibility of the equipment, cannot give rise to any compensation, reimbursement or questioning of the responsibility of the company SARL STONE DIVISION.
In the event of non-delivery of an order or part of an order, you have a maximum of one year (from the date of placing the order) to make your complaint. Beyond this period we will not accept any claim.
Retraction period :
In accordance with Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of seven days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, except, where appropriate, return costs. The consumer can derogate from this period in case he could not move and where simultaneously he would need to call upon an immediate and necessary service for his living conditions. In this case, it would continue to exercise its right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.
When the seven-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it is extended until the next business day.
The product must be returned in good condition, with all accessories in its original packaging, and not used.
The return costs in the case of a withdrawal will be at your expense.
The cost of return for a product declared non-compliant with the order, will be borne by STONE SNOWBOARDS. Simply contact the customer service STONE SNOWBOARDS for a postage to be sent to our charge.
This right of return will be accepted only for complete products, in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions ...) with a copy of the purchase invoice. Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be returned or exchanged.
We strive to make an exchange, a credit note or a refund within a maximum of 15 days after receipt of the products by us.
No shipment in cash on delivery will be accepted.
Guarantees and after sales service
All our products are guaranteed for one year, parts and labor. In the event of a defect during the initial warranty period, repairs will be carried out free of charge by us or by a shaper/repairer approved by the company SARL STONE DIVISION.
It is essential to contact us for any request related to the guarantee or after-sales service, which depend on the conditions of use of the equipment.
In order to benefit from the product guarantee, it is essential to keep the product purchase invoice or to be on the customer file.
We remind you that you also benefit from the legal guarantee of the hidden defects in application of articles 1640 and following of the civil code.
Data-processing provisions and freedoms
At any time, "you have a right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning you. STONE SNOWBOARDS does not disclose your details to any third party.
Applicable right and Competence
All the relations born from the fact of the connection and/or the use of the present site are subjected to the French law.
