For reasons of tracking, it is impossible for us to deliver the orders in the bases or other premises of the armies, hospitals and vacation centers.

We charge all taxes.

 

Delivery time:

Delivery may vary from 2 to 4 business days subject to product availability. Holidays do not count as working days.

The delivery can vary from 7 to 45 working days for the foreign countries, subject to availability of stocks.

This is an average time depending on the destination, the shipping method and the availability of the item.

With Chronopost, if you place your order after 12:00 pm, the express service does not work because the carrier passes by in the early afternoon. It is also impossible to deliver on Saturday morning if you place your order after 12:00 on Friday. 

Methods of delivery:

The product ordered is delivered by a carrier, depending on the nature of the product ordered and to the address listed on the order form.

From the package to the delivery:

You must check the conformity of the delivered goods at the time of the delivery and before signing the delivery order (CARRIER). You must indicate on the delivery order and in the form of handwritten reserves accompanied by your signature, any anomaly concerning the delivery (damaged product...). This checking is considered as carried out as soon as the purchaser, or a person authorized by him, signed the delivery order.

No claim can be made if the delivery slip is signed, either to the company SARL STONE DIVISION, or to the carrier.

In the case of a snowboard delivery, if the board is damaged, it is necessary to write on the delivery note: 

"PACKAGE REFUSED, BROKEN BOARD" as well as your signature.

and only that.

You will have to inform us of this problem and we will call you back in order to proceed quickly to the sending of a new board (the parcel will be returned to us directly without any transport costs at your expense).

 

Responsibilities

The company SARL STONE DIVISION cannot be held responsible for the non-execution of the contract due to a case of force majeure, fortuitous event, disturbance or total or partial strike, in particular of the postal services and means of transport and/or communications, flooding, fire.

The choice and the purchase of a product are placed under the only responsibility of the customer. The total or partial impossibility of using the products, in particular due to incompatibility of the material, cannot give rise to any compensation, reimbursement or questioning of the responsibility of the company SARL STONE DIVISION.

In the event of non-delivery of an order or part of an order, you have a maximum of one year (from the date of placing the order) to make your complaint. Beyond this period we will not accept any complaint.
