For parcel tracking reasons, we are unable to deliver orders to army bases or other military premises, hospitals and holiday centers.

The product ordered is delivered by a transporter and is determined by the product selected on the website and the delivery address on the order form.
You must check the conformity of the goods delivered at the time of delivery and before signing the delivery note provided by the transporter. No claim can be made against SARL STONE DIVISION or our transport partners if the delivery note has been signed.
In the case of a damaged board, you must write the following text on the delivery note and only this:
"BOARD BROKEN, PARCEL REFUSED" and then add your signature.
You must then inform us and as soon as we receive the refused parcel we will send you a replacement board without any additional transportation cost to you.
The SARL STONE DIVISION Company shall not be held liable for breach of contract due to a case of force majeure, fortuitous event, disruption or total or partial strike of postal services and transport and / or communications, flood, fire.
The selection and purchase of a product are under the sole responsibility of the customer. The total or partial inability to use such products due to incompatibility of equipment can give rise to any compensation, reimbursement or questioning the responsibility of the company SARL STONE DIVISION.
In case of non-delivery of an order or part order, you have up to one year (from the original order date) to make your claim. Beyond this deadline we will not accept any non-delivery claims.
